Local News: 2 YOUTH GANGMEN KILLED BY RIDING-IN-TANDEM ATTACKERS. Gunmen riding in motorcycles gunned down two young men in separate incidents in Davao City on Friday. The first victim was 19-year-old Ricardo Navarro Jr., a resident of Mamay-Damosa in Sasa here, allegedly a member of the so-called Chowking Boys believed to be responsible in the series of robbery and riots in Bajada, Barrio Obrero and Agdao areas.
