Local Newspapers namely The Times of Swaziland and Swazi Observer dated 19 August 2013 both share the same sentiments on the outgoing Swazilantional National Volleyball Association executive committee. They have both magnified the failure of the President Eric Sibanda to lead his committee from the fore front. However they Echoed word that were uttered out by most members that made submissions in the meeting held yesterday at Olymp Africa. During the meeting the members lamented on that why are they failing to make reports that appear to have been compiled collectively other than pointing fingers at each other when member posed their questions. There was more trouble when outgoing treasure Thabo Dlamini had to present his financial statement. In his words he said that some of the information, recipts and all neccessary requirements could not be acquired because when he was co-opted into the National Executive committee there were already transactions made that he tried and failed to get their details as he is still not a sigantory. However affiliates wanted to know that since he even mentioned that there were transactions that were made whilest he was in office without his knowledge, how did it become possible that the signatories did not involve him? The answer to that could not be drawn. It is clear there there is a lot wrong going on under the office of the treasure and members demanded answers and found themselves forced to shift the meeting to a further date which is 28 September 2013. As a result elections could not be conducted as teams sent back the executive committee to complile an audited financial statement. The feeling was that they do not want to task the new committee with some old burdens.
