Local TV talking head Jody Dean made a post a couple of hours ago about the terrible job that the Secret Service has been doing of late (a post that I totally agreed with, btw), and I made a very cordial comment about how partisan networks and media outlets (and no, I didnt call anybody out or specifically name names) were inevitably encouraging these wack jobs and nut cases to do things like shoot at the White House by attacking him on television all day, every day themselves. Dean responded by deleting my comments and blocking me from his page. Since then, in the space of less than two hours - the article referenced below appeared, as well as an even more inflammatory (not to mention overtly racist) political cartoon in the Boston Globe that made light of the recent intruder. Jody? I always liked you and Ill miss reading your posts. But I have to wonder now if you see yourself as part of the problem, or part of the solution.
