Local citizens to voice opinions on Dresden’s Yard Sale Ordinance A signed petition will be presented to the Dresden Board of Mayor and Aldermen during their regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m., Monday, October 6, requesting the Board to eliminate the City’s Yard Sale Ordinance. Those for and against the measure are anticipated to voice their opinions concerning the issue. Other top items for the board members’ consideration include: a hazard mitigation plan, sidewalk improvements on Linden Street, budget amendments regarding Dresden’s Farmer’s Market, transferring funds to cover engineering costs for the Greenrail Trail/Walking Trail project, and hiring a full-time Community Development Director.
