Our solar-powered home was newly erected in 2009 by a European contractor who took great care in choosing environmentally friendly building materials and minimising the impact on the pristine natural setting. The open plan kitchen and living area has a cathedral ceiling covered in sugar cane poles which provides a wonderful atmosphere. Whether you’re preparing a meal in the full-sized kitchen or lounging by the infinity edge swimming pool you can appreciate the simply stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean reaching all the way to Costa Rica. The property contains an exotic orchard with a large variety of fruit trees such as mango, orange, lemon, coconut, banana, papaya and almond so depending on if they are in season please feel free to take advantage and try some out! The house is also just a short walk away from the surf at Playa Maderas and the swimming beaches of Marsella & Majagual. We have a bush track from the house to the beach about half way along the driveway so please get our caretaker to show you the route on arrival and you can explore for your self after that.
