Location: Hillsboro Title: Web Developer Contract terms: 6 Month Contract Basic Qualifications: Web UI Developer Our eCommerce group is looking for an experienced & ambitious Web UI Developer. The candidate will be responsible for designing customer-facing UI with a 3rd party loan origination system that functions on multiple channels. Successful team members must actively learn, work-well in a structured development process, and fosters our corporate culture in all actions and words. Qualifications: · Established experienced in software development using technologies including: C#, .NET 4.0, Javascript, HTML 5, Web Services, and WCF · Strong knowledge of JSON web services. Strong understanding of CSS 2-3, jQuery, AJAX, HTML 5, and JavaScript. · Experience working with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB); Experience building or working with Data Service Layers and capable of consuming Web Services APIs; Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS); Experience with exposing APIs to the outside world through web services · Experience working in a financial or eCommerce environment is preferred · Experience working in a formal development processes i.e. writing specifications, performing technology pilots, analyzing application performance, etc. · Excellent problem solving abilities. Ability to communicate and work effectively within priorities. Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment Job Functions: · Developing customer-facing UI, technical specification, coding and impact analysis for the enhancements/upgrades to Corrilian/Voyager Online Banking System · Serves internal and external customers on short term project needs to enhance the internal and external user experience. Support to eBanking group for Internet banking products and enhancements · Creates and develops content-coordinating web pages. designs, implements & maintains internal and/or external websites · Works collaboratively with QA engineers & 3rd Party engineers through participation in the testing process and review of QA documentation. Consults during document planning and design stage · Assists in solving operating problems. Recreates steps taken by user to locate source of problem and rewrites program to correct errors. Oversee installation of software and provide technical assistance to application engineers for install and test program, monitor performance of application after implementation. · Follow and implement compliance standards and procedures · Must be able to keep up to date on regulation changes.
