Log Toss Todays walk at high tide wasnt a beach walk; instead, it was a dune walk. There was no beach to walk on, as waves rushed right up to the dune, tossing mammoth logs like toothpicks. The dune was undercut with swirling water, and logs right in front of us shifted and rolled. As a point of reference, in the summer we walk on sand way past the end of this jetty. Wild weather!
