Logans Roadhouse Broad st ext...... Sumter,SC Mrs. Undercover and myself went to Logans after church yesterday. We were greeted at the door and was ushered to the back of the establishment. A young server by the name of Maci waited on us. Maci was on point. She bought us an extra glass of ice because she said that the tea was just made and might be a little warmer than normal. Maci was very busy but I noticed that every time that she came by our table, she asked how we were doing or made eye contact with me or my wife. This is excellent customer service skills. The only negative that I had was a couple of servers were fooling around when moving some tables around. Too much noise and laughter. It was inappropriate. As far as Maci goes, I will ask for her when I go back. Rating A
