Logistics & Customer Service Specialist Total of 1 to 3 years experience in customer service and logistics. (Freight forwarding background is preferred). Fluent in English Education B.SC Degree(logistics is preferred). Job Responsibilities: 1. Receive the customers inquiries from the sales team or the customer directly then issue the Proforma invoice and make sure it is fully confirmed and paid. 2. Follow up and review the monthly production plan to ensure that the glass order will be available for shipping according to the customers delivery schedule. 3. Communicate the order process development to the customers to maximize the customers satisfaction. 4. Send the shipping notification to the customer to be informed with the actual loading date and vessel departure date. 5. Prepare the shipping original documents (like; Bill of lading, invoice, packing list and certificate of origin) to meet each country regulations and in accordance with LC conditions (if exists) then send it to the customer (directly or through the bank) after containers/ trucks departure to avoid any demurrage or storage fees for the customer at final destination. 6. Follow-up the customers transfer on due date with coordination of the finance department in case of deferred payments to ensure the collection. 7. Maintain direct communication with Logistics providers to ensure the best rates, and services 8. Monitor the performance of Logistics providers. Skills: 1. Communication Skills 2. Reporting, and presentation skills 3. strong follow up, active, And flexibility 4. MS Office, MS windows, Internet Explorer 5. SAP (Preferred).
