We are seeking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator for our Client, a well established & prominent player in the steel Industry Reporting to: Sales Manager Salary: Gross Sh. 75,000 Age: Early 30’s Key Responsibilities: Follow up on loading schedules Coordination between the sales team and the loading team Vehicle tracking and planning of deliveries Tracking customers vehicles, suggesting to customers on suitability of vehicles to load product mix through the Sales Manager Daily MIS Reports in respect to vehicles loading and pending deliveries Analyze time delays and reporting to the sales manager for better improvements Analyze customer’s requirements and forward to the Sales Manager for actions Oversee production planning as per monthly production planning/ special orders GRN Preparation for Goods returned (Item check, quality check, defects, source of supply) Report on slow moving/ non-moving stocks/ new stock arrivals Customer Care: Loading follow ups Suggest customers about vehicle suitability and capacity Effective loading methods and policies Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Product Knowledge of all products in the Factory Good Interpersonal skills and computer literate Ability to work independently Candidates should send their applications to the add: recruit@topnotchexecutives
