Logistics Quality Operations Associate Zoetis CLAR - Panama City This role is responsible, in conjunction with CLAR Supply Chain and Logistics as well as CLAR Quality Operations, for the compliance, design, implementation, execution, and oversight/monitoring of the quality systems associated with Logistics Operations within the countries/markets. This position provides leadership, guidance, planning, and management to the activities associated with Deviation Investigations. This individual also contributes to the Commitment Tracking and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) systems. These activities may include writing and reviewing investigations, commitments, investigational document control, assessment of product quality impact and providing final disposition, tracking and trending of reported events, and commitment tracking/trending for the local country/market. The colleague should also provide oversight of the Logistics Center Change control process and participates in the Change Control Committee Meetings. This position also provides ongoing support for day to day Quality/GMP Compliance processes which may include, but are not limited to, batch quality status changes, sample requests, shipping variances, market actions and customer complaints. The incumbent will also provide Quality oversight of cold chain components including approval of incoming receipts, audits of external cold chain suppliers, maintenance of component specifications and tests methods, and completing technical agreements between Logistic Centers and manufacturing sites. The incumbent will also be actively involved in the validation of processes and equipment, Quality Agreements, and in continuous improvement projects and initiatives. This is achieved by providing support and execution for all quality/compliance related matters, as well as through partnering with the Logistic Centers Operations department personnel. This also includes ensuring robustness of quality systems and proper execution to be compliant with applicable regulatory agency and Company Policies and Standards.
