Logix offers new employees $1,000 to quit after one week! On the first day of orientation, our CEO talks to every new Logix employee for an hour about our 7 core values – Communication, Accountability, Teamwork, Fun, Integrity, Service Orientation, and Humility. (Affectionately known as CATFISH) At the end of each presentation, he reinforces his commitment to these values by offering each new employee $1,000 to quit at the end of orientation if they don’t feel the company is a good fit. So far, we haven’t had any takers.
