Lois On the Loose .... With Mu! Nuts! I wish I had my camera or cell with me on my walk earlier, with Mu. I rarely forget my phone, so am upset as I missed some cute pics. It is rare to see ANY kid of any age or size in my senior community, so imagine my surprise to bump into a youngish girl with her son on our walk. He appeared to be about about 4. The little boy actually said to me is he child friendly? Child friendly? I wanted to laugh as I had never even seen a child that young to talk to anywhere near here, much less know if my dog was child friendly. How did I know? I told him that he seemed very calm. So the kid has courage enough to come up and hug Mu. Mu just stood there, wiggled his tail a bit and seemed rather bored. The boy asked his name and wanted to know what kind of a name Mushu was. I told him I thought it was Chinese, at which he responded how did he get here? (He knows where China is?) Thank goodness the mother said they had to move along so he hugged Mu again and said goodbye Chinese dog! Then Mu licked his fingers. Hes never even licked mine! Nice adventure.
