Lol Im sitting at the park and this woman walks by with a Jack Russell terrier on a leash. The dog does not cooperate with the owner and her walking techniques. The dog stops and she pulls on the dog and the leash slips completely over its head and she is oblivious to it. Im sitting here laughing she turns around and she slips the collar back over the dogs head and yells.. come on.... I dont know why I found this so funny but I guess you just had to be here to see it... when she pulled on the dog and the collar slipped over its head and she just kept walking Im thinking OMG do you not realize theres not a dog there.... I so needed this laugh... can you tell?
