Lol Theyre talking about how other countries are smarter then the U.S in math, reading, science. Well for one they dont have teachers giving out packets hoping the kids read and learn it on their own.. Like in math for example they give you first grade math problems then on the test its like albert einstein mathematics lol.. Teachers dont really take the time to explain step by step. Ever notice how they say the school is low on paper dont write your name on it well that because they print to many packets and dont do enough explaining themselves..
