Lol my District Commercial Manager came all the way out here to ask me what have I done I said Stuart what are you talking about He said the numbers in the last week havent looked like this is a very long time at this store I said do you really want to know He says yes I said I talk to each and everyone of them and told them about themselves privately gave them a mirror told them to look in it and ask themselves if they are here for anyone other than the person they see they all replied no I then summed up the last two months of reports I have been watching I walk them thru a day to day when they were scheduled then I told them all you have 5 straws every time you argue fuss and be negative Im pulling a straw at the third straw I write you up the fifth straw your promoted to a customer. And on this payroll you work for your check you got your last slacker check last pay period I havent had a problem since and they perform daily and are hugging and giving hi fives He said Sandy you are exactly what they needed
