Lol one of my readers showed me this! People on reddit dicussing if I take steroids or not lollllllll. Seriously???? Hes more obviously juiced in that video. Look at those delts and arms, thick muscle, young age, low bf%, makes money off his website - NOTE if the person you are submitting makes a living off their physique you can near guarantee that juice is involved This is quite common. People justifying their lack of progress by claiming that everyone with a good physique must be on steroids. This very outlook perpetuates their lack of progress since to actually succeed and make gains naturally, would be to sabotage their very identity. Its funny, I could probably spend 10 minutes with this person, and flesh out exactly what theyre doing to stunt their progress. Usually overdoing it in the gym, not tracking lifts or nutrition, obsessing non stop about their physique, changing their routine constantly and complaining that theyre not making gains. Ps. The speculation on whether I juice is laughable at best, considering my entire brand is about getting strong and chiseled while avoiding the whole beefed up bodybuilder look.
