Lol this is the stupidest shit Ive ever had to Deal with. I pick up my rental car. And the hertz rep didnt even walk over the car with me to Make sure everything was okay before I got the vehicle. when I got home with it. I looked it over and saw a tiny chip in the windshield (less than the size of a penny, everyone can vouch for this) And overnight it got down close to freezing and chip spidered out a few inches. I noticed it the following morning and called customer service right away and told them, it got worse as the weather got colder. Upon bringing the car back today to exchange it like I was told, Im told they are going to involve my insurance company which involves me paying my deductible. Every person that works here has admitted to seeing the chip before I got the vehicle. It would have spidered if it was sitting here in the lot, My driveway doesnt get colder than the rest of hickory?? What kind of bullshit is this?
