I subscribe to Sherly Canters fomer blog of the way to season C.I. I am enjoying collecting and learning to cook all different styles, so far my fav is pan seared steak. And Asian inspired spicy pork ,beef and or chicken with curry or cummin with peanuts and all kinds of different quailty oils! Nothing beats warming a tortilia and pan seared steak then cast iron. Nothing! Thanks again!
