Lone Star Youth Sports would like to acquire 15-20 acres of land to construct a Football Complex for the Youth of Central Texas. Ideally, this property would be located between Waco and Temple with reasonable access to the property. A long term land lease or generous purchase agreement would be needed. Lone Star Youth Sports is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization that has utilized local school facilities for the last eight years to play our league games. Currently, Central Texas teams participating in Lone Star Youth Sports include Troy, Killeen, Temple, Belton, Hewitt, Waco, McGregor and Bruceville-Eddy. Teams from Gatesville, China Spring, Crawford, and Clifton have expressed interest in our league for next season. Therefore, we would like to build a complex with numerous fields to accommodate our expanding league, while maintaining a safe and convenient location. As you can see a Football Complex of this type would benefit countless Youth of Central Texas, participating in football and cheer.
