Long and anxious day. Marrah woke up with a headache, of all things, that got so bad she was crying and holding her head. Also had a fever, plus I just had a patient with meningitis, so we were really worried. After hours at childrens hospital and several tests later, they said it was a virus yet again. they were confident it wasnt meningitis, because she didnt have a stiff neck. No they did not do a spinal tap. I have never ever seen a 4 year old crying and holding their head for hours! Praying they are right.
