Long day today very cool & overcast, I did not drink much water and when I returned home and worked out with my 6:30pm client I was cramping severely after performing the first set of sit-ups. I quickly mixed a Staminade drink and with in a minute the cramps began to subside & I finished the rest of the workout quite easily without further cramps. Just goes to show how much rehydration supliments can help performances. I do not recommend such drinks to my clients but I do suggest that they research what they actually drink and what best suits their physical activity levels. I do have a collegue who runs a suppliment store and is a Champion body builder and I network with him for advice for my clients and he gives my clients discounts.
