Long, fun, warm, blue sky day in New York City today! Most fun of all was finding the dressform right outside Mood Designer Fabrics! We had gone in and spent a lot of time (and a little money) and when we came out of the fabric store there were four or five garbage bags on the sidewalk at the curb. She was just lying there waiting to go to the incinerator. First I tried just to take her arm home for a souvenir, but I couldnt separate it from her body. So then I tried to take just her hand, but it wouldnt separate from her arm. So I just unscrewed her torso from the pole/stand she was attached to and I carried her away. Shes very excited to make her way to California with me and live happily ever after!!
