Nirbhaya rapist case :- Sorry we are helpless, cannot give him more then 3 years sentence because he is a minor. 2. Sajay dutt case :- for the identical crimes, others accused in TADA while dutt charged only under arms act. 3. Same Sanjay dutt case :- supreme court gives an special approval to extend his date of surrender so that he completes films, and orders that this not be referenced in any other court case in India. 4. Sadhvi Pragya :- suffering from cancer, still no bail , not named in any chargesheet whatsoever. 5.At the same time, maoist Sheetal sathe received bail because she was pregnant 6. Amar singh :- given bail for getting treatment overseas, seen blabbering at various occasions in New Delhi. 7. Imam Bukhari, several NBW pending for several years, Police not able to find him till date, appeared on various news channels and press conferences. 8. Manu Sharma case :- received as many as five long paroles and almost every parole was based on false affidavits and bunch of proven lies. 9. Rahul gandhi rape case :- Victim family missing since years, SC cleared him of all charges without even single physical appearance before court. 10. Prime minister excluded of appearing on 2G scandal even when prime accused named him as co-conspirator. List is long ..............
