Long post but worth the read in my awkward encounter tonight. Before my show, I realize I needed batteries for my mics so I walk to the story (4 blocks). I was almost there and I looked up to see a girl in the Little Black Dress making out with some muscle bound type with no neck. They stop making out and we cross paths. The girl yells out, COLLIN!?!?!?! I turn and look. I do not recognize her. Conversation ensues. I would like to point out the entire time, No Neck is staring at me: Her: OMG! How are you? Me: .... Her: Do you know who I am?!?! Me: No. Sorry Her: XXXXXXXXXXX Me: ..... Her: XXXXXXXX!!!! XXXXs friend! Me: ....... Her: XXXXX XXXXXXX! You remember her! Me: OMG! (give her a hug) How are you!!!! Her: You didnt recognize me? Do I look that different? Ok. There is no polite way to say what was actually on my mind as she was standing next to and making out with No Neck which was, No. Of course you look different because the last time I saw you, you were a guy. I dont know how much No Neck knows, but I surely dont wanna be the one who breaks the news to him.
