Long-time Mifflin County boys high school basketball coach Aaron Gingrich has announced his resignation. Gingrich was head coach for the Lewistown boys basketball program from 1998-2011 compiling a record of 198-138 and Aaron was also head boys basketball coach the last three seasons at Mifflin County High School with a mark of 37-36 for a lifetime record of 235-174. Gingrich is the winningest boys basketball coach in the history of Mifflin County. He guided Lewistown to 4 trips to the PIAA state tournament (1999, 2002, 2003, 2004) and Mifflin County to one trip to the PIAA tournament (2012). Its been my pleasure to be the Voice of Aarons teams over the years @ 105.5 WCHX and I wish him the best in his future endeavours.
