Look, I am no expert on these voting machines and I cannot validate this video. However, given recent news of such things happening, it would be cause for alarm to me. Even if it just happened once, that would enough cause to take action and remedy the situation. That all said, this at least in part, if true, would confirm what I have said on here before; The government is afraid of you, of us. Otherwise why would there be need for potential vote tampering like this? This is why the Constitution opens with We The People! All of the governments authority flows from us. The Declaration of Independence states Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Notice the use of just powers. A government that does not derive its authority from the governed is neither just nor legitimate. Furthermore, those powers granted them is conditionally granted: That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government... If the federal government, this administration, were not afraid of this, the fact you have the right and authority to alter, abolish or institute new government, they why go through such extremes as to alter ones vote? Dont take what I am saying as admonishment to vote for the Republican party either, far from it. Anyone that knows me and my political ideology knows I play no party favorites. I am saying vote smart. Pay attention to your vote and make sure it is counted for whom you intended. As well, remember the words of John Quincy Adams: Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.
