I have never felt so good in my life. Since I decided to make changes to my life 18 months ago, I exercise and eat healthy all the time. I work hard to get in shape and am loving life every step of the way. I hit a plateau about 6 months ago and decided it was time to change things up. Thats when I added Plexus to my routine. I changed two things to get from the picture in the purple shirt to the one in the dress-- I added weights to my workouts and added Plexus to my life.
