Look at this gorgeous boy! Garfield has been in our Springfield, Virginia adoption center since this summer waiting for just the right family. Hes a two year old Maine Coon who loves to be loved! Garfield is a truly special cat who needs an experienced cat person to adore him. A glorious, orange cat, he is a tiny lion! He wants to be more than a pet for you. Garfield wants to be your baby. He loves petting, brushing, playing, climbing, and observing his domain from on high. He does not like cats, dogs, young children, or anything that might take the attention from him. He can be jealous, but the right family would be eager to give him regular play and cuddle sessions. This sweet boy is well trained, gentle, and sweet. He likes to be held and snuggle, too! Garfield adores being adored, and will bring such joy to a loving family. Hes very healthy and has a fabulous purr!
