Look at this pic and think.. What kind of training have I been doing to be a skilled fighter. Whatever school you go to raise the bar.. Push yourself and others. Every time you workout push yourself harder than the last time. This is progress. Dont rest when the teacher says take a break. Do pushups while others rest, jump rope, jumping jacks, situps, shadow box. Resting is for when class ends. Most schools I go to have to be soft on you to prevent injury for their insurance concerns. Dont let anyone hold you back. If you are in NYC and want to know what I mean come join me in one of the schools I train in and do what I do.
