Look at this video. Gross. So one year ago I helped a friend out and rented a room in my basement. I asked for one month up front and we verbally agreed to go month to month because I have been in battle with lender trying to modify and didnt want him to think he had a one year lease. Well thank God its been over a year. Every month this person payed on first of month for next thirty days he didnt pay one month up front because he said he didnt have it. I helped him let him move in without it. So the other day I asked for the Aug Rent. He said I aint got it I said how much do you have when can you pay rest. ? He said. I aint got it again I asked when can he pay. He ignored numerous requests then said. what about your foreclosure like that has anything to go with him paying rent. Anyway I asked numerous times to clean the bathroom which is the household shared bathroom. No one goes down but still he must clean. Well going down stairs today this is partially what I saw. Its gross. I decided to ask him to leave because he is refusing to pay rent. I pay 500 a month electric I pay cable and internet and this person thinks they can live for free. This is a health hazard for me and kids I think. What do you think ?
