Look beyond what you are viewing. Here is an obviously well fed, well dressed and groomed person hitting people up in a mall for free food. My reaction would be similar to theirs. Then they are comparing that to giving food to the homeless and attempting to show an uncaring attitude from those in the mall. There is a big difference between needing and wanting and these people were basically asked to make a snap decision. We all make those kind of decisions based on what we see. They saw someone whom they assumed was not needy. Im all for helping our fellow man, but keep it in the proper context if you want me to feel compassion.
