Look everyone do ( not buy any beding from matterss ) (Firm)) my husband bought me one with a little life ins money in Feb this year . The first one had ( Snakes & a Rat in it) I had them leave the plastic on it & i noticed it had a pee stain under the plastic. There we no tears or holes in the plastic . Plus the fact it was a plaid color mattress & box springs at the store. They gave me a yellow flowered matterss. They brought me another flowered matterss guess what? You got it they are in it to . I have tryed working this out with them & they have been nothing but rude to me. It cost a lot of money . Icant afford to go out & buy anotherone . He paid cash for it. I went on line on thier web site found out that they switch mattersses & Do not refund any money. So i have to fold throw blankets & pile them on the bed at night i still feel the snakes in the bed. I have fibromyaligia & this makes it so much worse i wake up in pain because they are moving all night long. Some of them have died & it stinks to high heaven takes my breath away . I can hardly breath. My dogs try to get to them but cant. Teddy is the heavyest of all 3 & he feels them the most. He will be laying on my bed & they will be moving he gose crazzy because, they bother him when he is sleeping. I dont know where they are manufactuered someone is not doing thier job. I went on line & found a couple in new jersey this happened to them. I am very POd I Hate to even go to bed at night i leave the lights in my room on & I worry about my Sara they can eat her or any of my babies. I am at my witts end. This is Real pepole. Any Advice on what ealse i can do it has been 5 months.
