Look, if you really want to undergo a transformation I will tell you how but one must first realize a couple of things. Because if we admit that we must change something as to improve ourselves we must realize that it implies to be two of us entities in this body. One that will implement the transformation and the other that needs to be transformed. But you are not two, unless you are possessed. So then, one must realize that the predicament is not only absurd but also the goal is impossible to achieve. If you are the one that must implement the transformation and youre also the one that will be transformed is like trying to pick yourself up from the floor.It is a double bind. You cant solve it but you cant opt out either, you cant solve it by doing something and you cant solve it by not doing something, also you cant solve it by not doing anything or by doing anything. Then the problem seems to be quite simple : you need to change what you want. So far so good, but how do you that? Because it is already what you want; you already want whatever that is that you want and by definition you dont want to change that because if you wanted to change it you wouldnt want it in the first place. You see?... Listen, different waves but all are water. What needs to be transformed is not even there. Its a hallucination. A trick of the mind-manifesting ego. And if you try to rid off the ego, please be my guest to do so but you cant rid off something that is not there. One must realize that you dont rid off anything. It is not there. That it is a hallucination. No Ego trip like the trip of getting rid of the ego. Oh, yes the ego loves that one. Carl Jung would call that inflation. The problem is still there. You havent changed a thing. So then, just like you cant rid off ego, you cant transform that which is not there. Be kind... ok, how do you do that? You see? You either are or you arent . you dont read a book on how to care about others, you just do. Just like you breathe. Like you love. You do it. And if it dawns on you that the ego, that thing you call “I” is not there then obviously that is not you, because you cant be that which is not there since youre already here.
