:Look, the largest concern that should have taken priority by our so-called Islamic authorities is poverty eradication, the abuse of orphans, the need for greater enforcement for divorced husbands to pay their ex-wives their due. Instead, there is this zealous disregard over welfare and a focus over petty issues such as dogs, Oktoberfest, and even lecturers. Why? These are petty issues. Do people in Jakim do not understand that religion will not thrive if there is such a huge wealth gap? Why focus on such petty issues? Think about who you represent. In this country, you are religious representatives of the rulers and Muslims in your state. Instead of rendering judgment, you should be down there on the ground assisting those in need of welfare.
