Look this issue has been there and has gotten worse since I opened my eye to Pan Africanism in primary school. Before we can fix the problem, the majority have to see the problem. Then and only then can start to fix things. Since the 90s the moral degeneration has been steadily increasing and ppl only take action when it reaches a painful crescendo. My only advise is we that see the problem must start now redefine, rewrite & reform our moral stand point in this society. Then developed, define & demonstrate these modern moral values in hope we dont destroy the original code inplanted in us as (firstly) humans, Africans, South Africans and etc...
