Look up from your phones and computers for a moment, jump out of the jumbled and scattered thoughts-soup of your minds for a brief pause and take in the world around you; really see the faces, really see how we are all included in this amazing experience called life; really look someone in the eye, you will see yourself reflected and realize were all connected. When we take a moment to acknowledge our existence, we start to notice our breaths, we start to notice that the whole world breathes with us as well and most importantly, we start to become awake and aware. When we live from this renewed consciousness, there is peace, there is kindness, there is wisdom based on the understanding of our interconnectivity. Lets all rise in reverence and honor of this grand existence by loving passionately, giving freely, breathing deeply, laughing loudly, forgiving quickly, hugging one another closely, listen intently; and then all of a sudden, we start to hear it again-the music, the beautiful melody that rises when we truly love, the divine harmony that fills the world when we allow ourselves and each other to live and sing our own songs.
