Look what i just made!!! Hot right from the oven ;) I really love this bread! I made two diffrent kinds. (We call it Pan De Coco= bread with coconut fillings inside. And Pan De Sal bread for breakfast. You guys want the recipe just let me know. Ingedients i used all in the pictures! RECIPE for Pan De COCO: Ingredients: Plain Breadcrumbs as pictured below, Rhodes bread 36 counts, Pillsbury Coconut Pecan Frosting 1. Go to Publix and buy the 36 counts Rhodes bread ;) 2. Leave it in the refregerator over night. 3. Once its soft the next morning, open it gently and put about a 1 teasppon of cononut filling. But before you start putting the filling, Heat the oven 325 degrees for 3 minutes then turn it off completely. 4. After you put the filling line them up in non stick pan. Sprinkle the pan with plain bread crumbs and sprinkle some on top of the bread so the cloth wont stick to it. Cover it with clean cloth. 5. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes till it rise. (Make sure the oven is completely off) 6. Get it out of the oven after 20 minutes. 7. Heat the oven for 350 degrees. 8. Cook the bread for 14 minutes 9. Eat it ;) NOTE: same process with the Pan De Sal except you dont put filling in it. Just roll them around with the plain bread crumbs ;) Happy cooking!
