Look what youve started Darren Hall the big md pay debate I think its time the record was put strait. For all those who have moaned and cribbed about the place you have short memories! !! As most of you wouldnt be where you are today, if it wasnt fir the oppertunities wilky gave you yrsterday! In my eight years there I dont remember one of you moaning about your pay unless you hadnt achieved your goals. So now youve left its a big issue it seems to me he cant do right for doing wrong? When in fact all he has done is listned to the concerns of staff over the years ie average holiday pay!!! That was always an issue to me! and hes sorted it! All this speculation has come from a few phone calls from people still there, who havent given it time to see or reap the benefits yet. Salesman are two a penny good salesman are priceless as they make their own salary. I believe him when he used to say he wanted his sales team to earn big as that means the companys earning bigger (not rockett science) so stop being arseholes remember whete you came from!!!!ffs for all of you that know me, you should know better than copy me in on these sort of commets because as you know I will tell it as it is!!!! Just as easily to your face as on here!!! Rant over so get back to what you have and make the most of it.
