Look who got to start physical therapy in the gym today!!! Her dad and I just sat and cried. Was amazing to see her try so hard. She tried rolling a ball off her lap!! She watched the iPad with both eyes, and followed the shapes. She held her head up for a few seconds. She even almost half way smiled!!! I know these are very tiny things but I was amazed. I saw a little bit of our Pyper. She is such a determined little girl. I have never felt in my heart what I felt watching her today!!! They also clamped her drain and if all goes well she gets it out tomorrow. The doctors really thought she would need a permanent shunt but nope she proved them wrong so far :) Very small steps at a time :)
