Heres what everybody understood: you do not touch an AOL server because it can trace straight to you ... its an internal network. Who the fsk let your security get so far away that you cant allow folks to access their own shite without becoming so fsking scurred that you block erthing. Idiots. Proxy all you wish ... AOL figured out how to keep their smtp and DNS servers secure. Apparently, you cannot? Its AOL. Cmon, yall. Is that a joke? The reasoning is simple.
