Looked at a home in Maryville today..... Has elbow room enough for agility seminars (and small trials) Lisa Schmit-Bonker, barn hunt trials Renee Westich, an indoor training facility (already onsite) for classes or private lessons Linda Sample, housing for a judge (or seminar giver) and a stocked pond if the dogs wanna swim Brandi Jackson Hodges. Best thing, is if the dogs want to bark, they can bark and bark and bark till their hearts are content. The house has good bones and only needs some cosmetic upgrades. It also has a very nice screened in wrap around back porch leading out to a deck that would be perfect for Scott Echternacht to make fire and cook up his delicious dinners. It is 5 miles from Kroger, and less than 7 miles to campus for Ashley Miller. Andrew Christopher Miller would have a place to rest his head anytime he is able to come home too! It has two cons that I can see (and trust me I have looked). First, upkeep of the 3+ acres with all the weed eating along all the fencing - that is already in place! Second, no place for RVs to park for trials/seminars. Thank you Ann Parks Hill for bringing this property to my attention!
