Market Memories One long standing market trader in Long Eaton has fond memories of her family trading in the old Market Place as she prepared for the move back to the old Market Place. June Knowles, who owns a fruit and vegetable stall is one of the traders that has moved back to the Market Place site. Her stall which was passed down to her from her grandfather and then her mother, will be in the same spot in the Market Place that her grandfather had back in the 1920s.
