Looking at different post and boy does it take me back... Twin drive in, Twin it self like the old laundry, Zayers, Thomas market the DQ across it. School #3, Mr & Mrs Cue , under 21 club,old white castles buildings, old car lots that just made a point to the kids. Willard park and all the slides , all the old bars that made some of us who we are today(nothing bad lol) old eating places, Playing out in the streets until the lights went on and in the house we all went, growing up with a switch or a good ol broke into leather belt to the azz and never to a hand to the face, never seeing a gun or hearing someone was murdered, a fight was with the hands and never with a weapon. The long summer nights walking with a boyfriend or girl friend with no worries at all about getting killed. All this I miss so much everything thing here has touched my heart in some way or form as I am sure it has for you all also. I love sharing stories to my grandkids from back in the day hen kids could just be kids and before our stories our parents had better, not that I am old I really am not but I do wish I was able to share any of these things If not just one time with my grand kids. Ten years from now our kids or grandkids will not be able to talk to express the experiences that any of us have had growing up in a well tight group of people in the 46201 area but believe me ten years rom now if we are all still alive we all will be still talking on FB and just maybe if we get lucky our kids or grand kids may have really listened to us and are able to jump in here and there just to able to say.. HEY I KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE MY GRAND PARENTS TOLD ME ABOUT IT and let the stories be told through all of them! PEACE OUT FOR NOW ALL!!!
