Looking at the relationship of where the hips and thighs are placed during bench jumps - if the thighs are near the chest (during the jump) is there more emphasis on the weight being borne by the shoulders increasing the lactic .. if the legs are lengthened slightly does it make this exercise slightly easier (looking at two techniques here by Tracy Davies and Gwen Chris Fennell .. or does it not make a difference ?
