Looking at this child now and looking at her a year ago, you wouldnt know this was the same child if she doesnt look the same. When my child was 11 months old I started seeing changes in her. She stopped smiling as much and didnt say much. She had no emotions, didnt interact with other kids including her brother, didnt really show love or anything that kids did. I watched her change and became worried. I kept it all to myself because I knew people would say shes a child thats what they do. But I felt in my heart that something wasnt right with my child. I fought with myself on whether I should say something to the people I loved or not. Little did I know they felt the same but was afraid to say something to me. Ending part of last year I decided to listen to myself and have her tested. If that wasnt the best thing I did for my child then I dont know what is. She dance, she sings, she cries, she smiles, she acts, she interacts with kids, and most importantly she loves. If somebody wouldve told me this would be my child a year later I wouldve told them they were lying. Everybody met Kennedy when she was born, but I want to reintroduce the world to my sassy, beautiful, smart, caring, loving little diva Kennedy Mariah Gantt.
