Looking back at old photos, on this cloudy, rainy, dreary day, is always my favorite pastime. On the first picture, I have on a maternity dress. That was way back in 1969, and these were my little 2nd Graders at Northglade Elementary School, where I was teaching before the System-Wide KPS School-Desegregation Order. Such beautiful little students. Everyone walked home to lunch, because it was a neighborhood school. The 2nd photo was many years later, at Indian Prairie School, with the most wonderful principal ever----Betty Stroud. I loved my bright, cheerful classroom, and she did, too. The 3rd photo is ME of course, with my Darling Little Daughter, Debbi. Actually, I think my dress is shorter than hers. (Did I actually wear my dresses THAT SHORT??!!!!) :-) And, the last photo from 1964, is one of my very favorite flashback-photos of my husband, way back when he was a Marine! Look At Us!!!
