Looking back from 2003 when I started Tannermans as a one man shop that was literally less 400 square feet to where we are today is simply amazing. Never would I have thought back in school, after the military, would I have ever dreamed I would be doing what I am. Funny how lifes tragedies can spawn that inner sense to prompt us to just take action instantly and overcome huge boundaries. All because of two things, one I knew I had to do something more for my family being our son tanner was needing multiple open heart surgeries and a regular job wouldnt give me or my wife the freedoms we needed to provide the very best life we could for him. And two, was truly Martinsburg just needed a shop that truly desires to serve its people. I feel strongly we have stayed steadfast to our cause from the day we opened to current though not perfect by any stretch but has been the main reason for the success at Tannermans. Its truly humbling to think we started with just $1,500 no inventory armed up with nothing but strong desire to achieve and serve better each and everyday our customers and friends who support us. Our Family truly thanks you all for nearly 12 years.
