Looking back into my childhood and early twenties I now see how false perceptions about life have prevented me from being in the moment, enjoying the now and thinking that something was a certain way based on my own limited logic when in fact it was not. Realizing that it all was an illusion crafted out of my own insecurities and hurt. It is so empowering to look back through the eyes of awareness and openness to be able to recognize it, see the lesson in it and to shift it. Quite fascinating. Within everything is an opportunity to learn, grow and evolve. No experience is wasted, everything can be positively used to grow and help others grow. My question to you is are there anything in your life that has been popping up to transform, thinking that it is an occurrence in the present when in fact it is actually a mirror image and manifestation of something that has been lagging in your life from within you? I truly believe a thing changes when we positively see the opportunity and value in it. Love love love to all!
