Looking back on my journey gets emotional for me. Your health & happiness go hand in hand as a woman the way you feel about yourself reflects on everyone around you. There were moments I never thought I could get back to where I wanted to be, I felt stuck and I didnt know HOW to make changes. Everyone needs a friend sometimes who understands and can help uplift you through your changes and its NEVER too late to make a change. I am so thankful for the new love I have found in my health and fitness. My babies are growing but so am I.
